Pre-Insulated Pipes
A solution for distributing heating energy and cooling media, with polyurethane foam insulation and a protective outer jacket.
About this product
Pre-insulated pipes are a factory assembly: a carrier steel pipe, a layer of polyurethane (PUR) insulation and an outer protective jacket. That assembly keeps heat inside the pipe and protects it from moisture and mechanical damage, so it is used for district heating networks, industrial processes and heat pumps, and for cooling systems where losses and condensation must be prevented. The advantage is that insulation is not applied later on site — the pipe arrives ready, installation is faster, and insulation quality is consistent along the full length. The range also covers different protection and surface systems: three-layer polyethylene coating (3LPE), 3LPP/PE, epoxy coating and cement mortar lining, with surface preparation by shot blasting to Sa 2½. Alongside the pipes we supply bends and accessories, so the route is completed from one source without coordinating several suppliers. Pre-insulated pipes are ordered to project requirements, so send us your specification with diameters, insulation thickness and lengths — we will check availability and prepare a quote.
